1. RETURNS
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. RETURN PROCESS

Once your return request is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

8. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
